The EPA AGM voted on 16 March 2019 that with immediate effect, the rules will be relaxed to allow players to play in both World Rules and Blackball Rules, up to and including County level. Anyone who has been suspended or banned from playing EPA due to playing Blackball Rules would have their suspension/ban lifted. If anyone has been banned or suspended by their County, please contact your County Secretary. If anyone has been banned or suspended by the EPA National body, please contact the EPA Secretary. The rules regarding players playing on the IPA Tour have not been changed.
