The 2016 EPA Champion of Champions offered a £15,900 prize fund and a national finals weekend at Vauxhall Holiday Park, Great Yarmouth, from 11–13 November 2016. The competition was aimed at winners and runners-up from English Pool Association-affiliated leagues.

- Ladies singles
Depending on the number and location of entries, early rounds could be played locally before successful teams and players progressed towards the national finals.

The original entry deadline was 28 June 2016. This page is retained as a historical competition record rather than a current entry notice.
Once the entries had been processed, the team and singles draws were circulated to competitors. The later 2016 Champion of Champions draw update records the subsequent result and accommodation deadlines.
Champion of Champions pathway
