Lancashire County Pool Association received a letter from East Lancashire Hospice thanking the association for a £200 donation made in memory of Mark Ashton.
Mark was one of our own, playing League, Interleague and County pool, and was known by many people across the Lancashire pool community.
He remained positive throughout difficult circumstances and kept the sense of humour for which friends remembered him. The donation to East Lancashire Hospice was a fitting way for the pool community to honour that memory.
