Historical referee-development record: Tony Kay ran a Lancashire referee seminar on Saturday 11 March 2017 at the Punch Hotel, Chapels, Darwen.
Participants could choose between the then-used E Grade multiple-choice examination and the higher D Grade written and practical examination. The published seminar fees were £15 for E Grade and £20 for D Grade.
