The World 8 Ball Pool Rules have changed slightly for 2015. The main changes are that the 'Serious Fouls' sections has been removed. The fouls which were in that section have become either 'Standard Fouls' (eg 'Playing out of Turn' or 'Jump Shot') or 'Loss of Frame Fouls'.
