ATTENTION……ALL AMATEUR PLAYERS
£21,000 in prizes will be paid out at the Metropole “Festival of Pool” over the Easter weekend Friday 25th to Monday 28th March 2016. The event will commence at 1 p.m. on the Friday and you could be a part of it!
In addition to the UK Pool tour events of Main Tour, Challenge and Premier League, there will be a team event which everyone on the Festival can enter.
FESTIVAL OF POOL ENTRANTS
We are changing the format for this year to allow all Festival players into the Tour Individual event with £10,000 prize monies plus Challenge event which has £ 4,800 prize monies, both events are paid down to the last 32.
Festival players will also receive entry to the team event which carries a prize fund of £6,000. Teams will be drawn at the event and you could be playing in the same team as World champion Mick Hill or European champion Lee Kendall amongst a host of other top players who will be taking part. The draw will separate Premier League players to avoid any “Dream Teams”.
ENTRY TO THE UK TOUR
As an extra bonus anyone entering the Festival will be given preference for additional places we are introducing on the UK Tours 3/4/5; in addition they will be guaranteed first choice for entry into the 2017 UK Tour.
The Festival entry fee is £180, which gets you into the Strachan Individual, the Hilton Challenge AND the Supreme Team Classic. Entry fee also includes 2 nights’ accommodation (Bed & Breakfast/sharing twin-room) at the fabulous Hilton Metropole Hotel, Birmingham on Friday 25th and Saturday 26th March.
This event provides excellent value for money and will give any amateur an opportunity to test their skills against the very best pool players in the World.
With restricted entry and a closing date of 14th March 2016, don’t delay in getting your entries in. Festival players will commence play at 1 p.m. on Friday 25th March.
